You have done the Rescue course but are your skills still fresh in your mind!

Ipswich Scuba offers a 6 monthly refresher of rescue skills in the pool under instruction of am instructor. This is an opportunity for you to refresh and practice the important rescue skills under the guidance of an instructor in a safe environment making you confident and a better buddy should you ever need them.

The session takes place at our weekly pool session at Ipswich High School from 19:15pm until 21:00pm. The price is £30 and incudes the session, equipment and instructor guidance.

You may only wish to attend one course every now and then or join us every 6 months when we offer the course, it is up to you.
