Returns and Refunds

Returns Policy

 

In the unlikely event that the goods supplied are not what you expected, you must notify us within 14 working days from receipt. We will send you a returns form and this must be returned to us along with the items within 21 working days. Any items returned must be in an unused and unsoiled condition, complete with the original packaging.

Please be aware that items can only be returned for an refund if they are unused and in their original packaging and have all of the barcode tags intact, so don't remove them if you're thinking of sending them back! Any seals and shrink-wrap must be intact and clothing, shoes and accessories must have labels or tags attached (please do not put tape or labels on the goods packaging). If either the goods or the packaging are not in a re-saleable state, then we may decline your exchange / refund request. If you provided your email address at time of ordering, you will be sent an email to notify you of receipt of your returned goods.

Return an item

You can return any items to the address below and we will refund the item (minus the postage costs). We highly recommend that you get you get proof of posting for your returned item. It is your responsibility to return the original item to us (as we do not offer free returns) and any item(s) remain your responsibility until they have been received by ourselves.

Exchange an item

Sorry at this time we cannot offer an exchange service. We ask that if you require an alternative item, return the original item to us for a refund (see below for more details and please place a new order for the alternative item.

Recommendation – For our sized items.

If you are buying sized items such as clothing and you are unsure of sizing, we recommend you buying 2 sizes at the same time and then return the unwanted item.

 

Refunds

On receiving your returned item, refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and an email will be sent to confirm when this has been done. Please help us to deal with your return quickly by providing us with the requested information. Refunds are normally processed within 21 working days from receipt of the returned items but we ask for you to allow 30 days to account for our busy periods.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event you find an item to be delivered and it is faulty, you must contact us to arrange a return of the item where we will then organise an inspection. Once confirmed we will offer you a replacement.

If an item subsequently develops a fault during use, you must notify us as soon as possible. This item must be returned as we will need to inspect the item to assess the cause of the fault. We can then determine whether the faulty item will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
